[CivilSoc] Ukrainian Charity Fund "Potential" is looking for NGO partners

International  Charity  Fund  "Potential"  from  Donetsk  (Ukraine) is
looking  for  partner  in Central and Eastern Europe - social services
NGOs.  In  Donetsk  Fund  "Potential" provides food, clothes, shelter,
medical  help  and  psychological  consultations for homeless and poor
people.   Fund  also  organizes  social  rehabilitation  and  advocacy
programmes for homeless and poor people.
Fund  "Potential"  is interested in establishing relations with social
services  NGOs with the same activities and that work for homeless and
poor people. The purpose of cooperation is to exchange the experience,
knowledge and ideas, to initiate joint social projects and programmes.
