Solicitation for Resumes
Proposal Writers
IFES is seeking resumes from qualified candidates specializing in
proposal writing and development to work on programs encompassing the
dynamic field of democracy and governance.  Candidates must be prepared
to demonstrate and document history of successful proposal writing and
project design. Contracted Proposal Writers will research and draft
proposals in coordination with regional directors and project staff both
in response to PDs/RFPs/RFAs from USAID and other sources as well as
proactively for projects conceived and created by IFES.  Proposal
Writers should be available for short-term travel should the need arise.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A successful candidate will have at least three (3) years of specific
proposal writing experience, an understanding of USG and multilateral
proposal processes, a familiarity with the Democracy and Governance
field, knowledge and personal exposure to program design and
development, and an international/regional background.
