Management Systems International (MSI) is seeking a Croatian expert in
independent/commercial media sector.  The candidate will work with another
team member on an assessment/evaluation of a large internationally funded
project.  The work will commence in mid-January 2002.  The consultant must
have at least 5 years experience in the media, at least a university degree,
be familiar with media issues not only in Croatia but other countries in the
region and fluency in English.  The assignment is expected to last 2.5 weeks
with some travel and writing.  All interested candidates should contact Jill
