Program Director, Central Asia
Incumbent will manage a large economic development and community
infrastructure rehabilitation program. Candidates must have with work
experience in the Central Asia Region. Candidates must have strong prior
experience managing large programs, prior experience heading programs of
this type, an advanced degree in a development related field, as well as a
minimum of 10 years experience in international development. Local language
or Russian capabilities and prior experience working with foreign donors
(preferably USAID) are required. Strong interpersonal skills and English

Chief Finance Officer, Central Asia
This position will involve the administrative and financial management of a
large-scale grants and contracts. Responsibilities include all aspects of
administrative and financial management, including financial reporting,
grants administration and oversight. Must be able to travel and hire and
manage local administrative and accounting staff. CPA, MA or equivalent
experience and at least 8-10 years experience in program administration and
finance management in international community development programs or
related projects. Related prior experience working in community development
capacity and working with foreign donors (preferably USAID) strongly
preferred. Strong interpersonal skills required. Candidates must have prior
work experience in Central Asia.  English fluency is required, and strong
preference will be given to candidates with local language or Russian

Program Managers, Central Asia
These positions require candidates experienced in community development,
community participation and/or microcredit for a project in Central Asia.
Candidates must have at least 5 years overseas development work experience
in a management role.  Work experience in Central Asia is required.  English
fluency is a necessity, and Russian and other local language abilities are

Associate Director for Finance and Administration - Latin America 
CHF seeks a qualified candidate to be responsible for financial
documentation oversight and reporting, budgeting, monitoring and evaluation,
supervision of administrative and accounting staff, monitoring and
supervision of microcredit activities, and assistance in proposal
preparation for a position in Latin America. Requirements for the position
include 5 years experience working overseas in Latin America, strong
background in accounting or financial management, experience with USAID
compliance and regulatory processes, English/Spanish fluency is required.
