The National Endowment for Democracy (NED) published through its Democracy
Resource Center
a "2002 Guide to Sources of Funding in International Democratic
Development."  This is available online at
http://www.ned.org/research/funding.html and offers links to more than 100
foundations and other funding organizations. The guide was last updated in
mid-2001.
