[CivilSoc] Ukrainian InterSvit Announces Forum on Security, Seeks Partners, Funding

Dear Colleagues:
We are interested in cooperating with institutions and organizations on
ecological security, geopolicy relationships, national security,
informational security  projects, international and bilateral projects in
multiple spheres as partners or promoters. Because of the importance of
antiterrorist activity and the threat of international terrorism which is
posed to the peace and stability in the whole world and what's more
important--the increasing importance of security for the NIS region, the
series of problems must be solved immediately.
We invite you to participate at the III International forum "Security
technologies and Business", which will run from May 20 till May 23, 2003,
within the bounds of specialized exhibition with the participation of
foreign companies International Security and Protection Exhibition Kiev
ISPEK--2003. It is the first conference in the ex-USSR on such a specific
issue (e.g. anti-terrorist activity) which will be held along with the LIVE
Real-Video coverage as well as along with the wide TV and press coverage.
The presentation of all the conference materials at the final CD ia also
planned. We are looking for partners who can help us to cover the conference
expenditures and to participate in the conference with your own proposals
and ideas.
The key missions of the forum are:
--to consolidate all the intellectual and industrial potential of Ukraine,
Russia and other NIS countries for the positions strengthening of local
commodity producers;
--to attract investments for carrying out the perspective projects;

--"The international terrorism: sources, condition and the fightback values"
--"The modern terrorism as the threat to the national security"
--"The terrorism problem at the post-soviet countries: sources, conditions
and the way-outs".
