Third Sector: Digest for Ukrainian NGOs
Innovation and Development Center, a Ukrainian non-profit
organization, started new weekly publication untitled "Third Sector"
(in Ukrainian). 
Digest informs about grant competitions which international and local
donors announced and changes in Ukrainian legislation, which effect
NGO activities, as well as announce upcoming events and recent
publication in national media about NGOs and charitable foundations.   
"Third sector" is accomplish another IDC publications for Ukrainian
non-profits - bi-monthly magazine "Crossroads" and quarterly magazine
"Accountant of non-profit organization" (both - in Ukrainian as well).
