[CivilSoc] Dutch and Irish Couple Seek Volunteer Work with Children in Russia or Baltic States

Dear Colleagues,
It happens to be that we, Jasper, 21 years old, from Amsterdam, Holland, and
Helena, 19 years old, from Belfast, Northern Ireland, are looking for
voluntary projects in Russia or the Baltic States. We want to participate
together in one, if possible a social project (we already applied for
teaching disabled and poor children, but there were organisational
difficulties), from March till August 2002.
Can maybe somebody inform us about possibilities? Ever since November we are
now seriously looking around and applying for projects, but to find one in
Eastern Europe and Russia is really, really hard. We are now both learning
Russian. I already studied Political Science for three years on end, Helena
is going to be a student in Cambridge next year.
We met at a voluntary project in Ukraine, so we're fortunately not 100%
unfamiliar with Eastern European mentality anymore...
