[CivilSoc] Query: Russian-Lang. Training Materials for NGOs

A list member based in Chicago is seeking books, pamphlets, or other
materials written in Russian that could be used in training leaders
of NGOs from the NIS.  Among topics of interest are:
--the role of citizen organizations in democratic societies
--the relationship of citizen organizations to government
--how NGOs are funded
--how to write proposals
--management of NGOs
--etc.
Quantities needed of such a publication are about 10 immediately and
another 30 approx. over the course of a year.  Limited funds exist
to cover costs, incl. shipping to Chicago.
