FREEDOM HOUSE'S
REINTEGRATION AND LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROJECT IN SERBIA
Volunteers needed to serve as senior level advisors to a government =
ministry in Belgrade, Yugoslavia through Freedom House's Reintegration and =
Leadership Development (RLD) project. Applicants with professional, upper-=
to-middle-level management experience with federal- or state-level =
regulatory agencies and familiarity with telecommunications issues desired.=
Ability to commit to 2-6 months of service; resourceful, innovative =
personality; U.S. citizenship or extensive U.S. experience required. =
Overseas experience, particularly in transition countries, a plus. Freedom =
House covers international travel expenses and provides a monthly living/=
housing stipend.
The volunteer component of RLD is conducted through the auspices of the =
Freedom House's ongoing American Volunteers for International Development (=
AVID) program. Through AVID, Freedom House identifies, mobilizes, and =
sponsors qualified American professionals who volunteer to work side-by-=
