[CivilSoc] Call for assistance

Dear friends,
I.m young human rights lawyer from Russia. I.m 
involved in work of the NGOs Coalition for the 
International Criminal Court in Russian-speaking 
countries.
Next session of the UN Preparatory Commission for the 
International Criminal Court will be on September 24 . 
October 5 at the UN headquarter in New York. 
Participation in PrepCom is extremely important, 
because it.s an exclusive opportunity to talk to 
delegates and NGOs on ICC advocacy in the CIS 
countries, to strength the NGOs Coalition and to find 
ways of cooperation with governments. 
Unfortunately, Coalition has very short budget and can 
not fund my trip from Russia to New York. Does anybody 
know foundation, which may provide me with grant for 
participation in the PrepCom?
