From: Tohir Rahimov <[email protected]>
Ladies and gentlemen,
We are the recently established NGO named the AGENOR--Mentally Ill
Disabled Persons Social Defense Society. Our objective is to help
mentally ill people, who are the most-neglected ones this time. We
want to change the attitude in the community to these challenged
persons, to disseminate knowledge about mental ill issues which are
the pathology of the brain - one of the human body parts. It may be
affected by the issues as well as stomach, heart and any other organ.
And no one is immune. There is no way to predict which one will be
stroked with it.
Because of the collapsing of former psychiatric social rehabilitation
structures we are going to set up such service according to worldwide
practice. We communicate with the World Fellowship for Schizophrenia
and Allied Disorders for a long time and our charter says that we act
under their methodical guidance. As any NGO we need support for our
project realization.
Will you tell us if there are any possible sources of support or
partnership for us?
Thanks full in advance.
Nickolai Vasnetsov
Deputy Chairman
