[CivilSoc] Short-term assignments for Rule of Law

Management Systems International (MSI) based in Washington, DC is looking
for mid-level and senior level candidates for future short-term Rule of Law
assignments in Eastern Europe and Eurasia. Candidates must have
demonstrated experience in the following areas: administrative law;
criminal law; institutional capacity building of government entities; court
operations; judicial training; legal information systems (PCs/LAN); law
faculty development; and bar association development. Mid-level candidates
have at least 5-10 years experience. Senior-level candidates have at least
10+ years. Advanced degree, demonstrated ability to synthesize information
and write technical documents, and international experience are required.
